Greg Norman studied art at the National School of the arts. While serving his compulsory military training in 1976 he was commissioned to create a life size sculpture that still stands in front of the SA Defense Force’s College of Educational Technology today. Having spent more than 40 years in the creative field of advertising he has always stayed true to his creative spirit. Since 2009 Greg began painting and sculpting. His first painting was of Nelson Mandela and sold at its first showing. He enjoys life studies, as well as wild life and trees. He had a solo exhibition at Summer Place in 2014 as part of Women’s Day celebrations. His work is also on view at a select number of northern suburb galleries as well galleries in Pretoria.
